Corporate maternity wear

Here are a few tips to make the most of your corporate maternity wardrobe.
1. Invest in key wardrobe basics that can be mixed, matched, dressed up or dressed down
2. Make sure the clothes are good quality, fit you well, and will last from 0-9 months. These clothes will be worn a lot over the term of your pregnancy
3. Choose colours that will work well together
4. Change your look from day to day with accessories

We have picked out our favourite items to mix and match.

Maternity work item number 1 - a pair of black maternity pants. We love the Soon Maternity Dress Pants (pictured right), the Ripe Maternity Tabor Pants and the Pea In a Pod Velcro Maternity pants.

Maternity work item number 2 - a tailored shirt that you can adjust to fit you from 0-9 months. We love the Seraphine Sleeveless Wrap Maternity Shirt available in pink or white (pictured right). This maternity shirt is crisp, professional and well fitting. A great option for the warmer months, it can easily be worn under an unbuttoned tailored jacket. Wear it with pants or a skirt.

If you prefer a long sleeve version try the Rita Empire Maternity Shirt - available in white. A short sleeve option is the Paris Maternity Shirt - also available in white.

Maternity work item number 3 - a skirt that will match back with all your tops such as the Charlene corporate maternity skirt (pictured right).

The linen cotton blend Charlene corporate skirt has a delicate mocha and cream pinstripe that will coordinate with almost any colour shirt.

The skirt has a comfortable soft waistband - no digging in to your belly when you sit at your desk.

If you prefer a black or white tailored skirt try the Szabo Flare Maternity Skirt.

For a soft comfortable option that still looks stylish and elegant try the Bamboo Body Essntial Maternity Skirt available in black or berry.

Maternity work item number 4 - A classic, stretchy block colour top. Our favourite is the Cross Front maternity top by Bamboo Body (pictured right), available in black or cinnamon.

Crossing at the bust and extra long to cover your bump, the Cross Front top not only looks good, it feels wonderful on.
This top can be dressed up or dressed down depending on the accessories you add. Looks stylish teamed with black pants or a skirt and can easily be worn under your work jacket.
Wear with white capri pants, denim or shorts on the weekend.
Other simple, stretchy tops appropriate for work include:
* The Ripe Pintuck maternity top available in white.
* The Euro Kimono maternity top in chocolate cocoons the belly in ruching and has gorgeous drapey sleeves.
* The Belly Basics collar maternity tee has a simple, functional design and is available in white, black, red and purple.

Maternity work item number 5 - a jersey wrap dress such as the Madeline Maternity Wrap Dress by Soon Melbourne. Great for summer, this dress is quite conservative - it doesn't show too much flesh but it does show off those gorgeous curves.

Looks great with black shoes and black brief case - add your favourite necklace.

Can be worn with or without a jacket.

The Madeline dress can also be worn with strappy heels and sparkling jewellery for a gorgeous wedding or special occasion outfit.
Also suitable for work and special occasions is the elegant China Doll Maternity dress and the Szabo Retro Maternity Dress available in red or champagne.
All of these pieces are high quality, well cut and will fit you from 0-9 months. They can be mixed, matched and transformed with the addition of accessories.
